Dr. Esther Toure
Dr. Esther Touré is co-founder of the “Watchmen on the Walls—Prayer Houses for the Nations” Ministry with her husband Rev. Dr. Moussa Touré. She has been positioned by God to walk and serve alongside her husband carrying and helping to manage the ministry and church.
She earned two Master’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration and a Doctorate in Ministry. God has blessed her with the gift of administration which has afforded her to work with the United Nations prior to coming to Christ. Her ability to multitask in several capacities is a great asset to the ministry and church.
But her greatest interest focuses on intercessory prayer. She believes that Interceding for others is a precious gift … a privilege … an honor from the Lord.
Just as Esther in the Bible was set apart for her destiny by her commitment to God to act in a particular time in history for God’s purposes, she truly believes that God has called and raised her up at such a time as this as an intercessor with compassion in her heart for the lost, with a soul that cries out with a longing to lift up all those who are without Jesus, crying out for mercy and grace in their lives.
That is why her constant prayer remains that the Lord would make her a woman of prayer! If there is nothing else, she can do to serve others and further the Great Commission; she can certainly be a prayer warrior, an intercessor sending forth prayers on behalf of nations and the lost souls!
She is mother of son Yannick Touré; (Daughter-in-law: Celi Marie Dean-Touré. Grandson: Daekiyen-Zion Touré) and of daughter Faith Touré.
Her life’s journey is surrounded by her birthday Bible verse Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”
