From the very inception when God touched the life of Rev. Dr. Moussa Toure — a former Muslim — through an open vision, he became a radical follower of a radical Jesus. His life changed as he followed Him and he is changing his world by letting Him control, lead, and empower him. In obedience to fulfill the call upon his life, –through immense dedication, perseverance, and sacrifice– today by God’s grace, Rev. Dr. Moussa Toure has been seasoned and developed into a Godly man of passion. A man on fire. A man on a mission leading a fellowship of chosen people to their destiny in order to achieve greater victories for the advancement of God’s Kingdom in the nations.

Rev. Dr. Moussa Toure is a leader who makes following easy. A leader who leads by example and purpose has “empowered” many. A mentor and a father to many in the United States and abroad. Dr. Toure is passionate to see that people are on fire for Jesus and are motivated to unleash their full God given potential to fulfill their destiny. His heart is for lost souls, God’s people, and His Kingdom.

Anointed and appointed vessel of God to shake the nations through the whole counsel of God’s Word, Prayer, and the Holy Spirit’s power, Rev. Dr. Moussa Toure is considered as an Evangelist, Revivalist, Prayer Warrior and a Prophetic Voice to the nations. He travels the world making prophetic decrees and declarations; holding Evangelistic and Healing Crusades, Conferences, Seminars, Revival Services…He also excels in training church leaders and members on Intercessory Prayer, on Healing and Deliverance … because his desire is to see every believer in Christ heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and cast out demons, and he is on a mission to see this happen, extending then the miracle-working ministry of Jesus in Christians.

Wherever he goes, the place never remains the same with his ability to not only move in power, but to model a ministry based in humility and love raising up a generation of world changers that will shake the nations for Christ.

He is the husband to one wife Dr. Esther Toure and they have two children, Yannick and Faith and a grandson Zion.

These books have become foundational guides to many.

Rev. Dr Moussa Toure holds:

• Three master’s degrees obtained in (France) focusing in Electronics, Business Administration, and Computer Science;
• an Engineering degree in Civil Aviation obtained in (France); and
• a Doctor of Arts degree in Theology obtained in (United States).

He is the Senior Pastor of Bethel World Outreach Capitol Church in Washington DC, and he and his wife are the founders of “Watchmen on the Walls-Prayer Houses for the Nations” Ministry; an international intercessory prayer network.
